Enjoy a relaxing yoga experience to help calm your nervous system and cultivate peace from within.

Weekly yoga session to help you release your body and mind
Each session will focus on calming the nervous system to better enable the release of trauma and stress. To calm the nervous system, we will practice breath work and gentle yoga movement. A body scan will complete the movement practice, this will give us an opportunity to check in with ourselves. Guided journaling and affirmations will help us end the session, encouraging self exploration, positive thoughts and feelings.
Typical class schedule:
· 7pm-7:05pm greetings and facilitator introduction
· 7:05pm-7:15pm breathwork
· 7:15pm-8:15pm movement practice
· 8:15-8:30 body scan, guided journaling and affirmation cards, closing
Every Tuesday at 7pm-8:30pm via zoom
Some guidelines to remember:
· This is a non-judgemental supportive environment that fosters inclusivity for all
· You do not need to know how to do yoga to join, beginners welcomed!
· Participants can join the session with cameras off
· Investment: $30 per session or $100 for 4 sessions
