This annual event is a favorite for our families, with over 500 attendees last year.

What do I bring?

Please bring marketing materials such as collateral, display boards, and giveaways for attendees (especially for the kids in attendance with their parents). We recommend bringing a one-page summary of your organization with contact info, an external battery for your tech, and business cards.

Will electrical outlets be available?

No, electrical outlets will not be available. Please charge your tech beforehand and bring an external battery for recharging.

Where will I park?

Vendors may park in the B-E Main Parking Structure adjacent to the event space that requires only a short walk.

May I bring food/snacks for my table?

Santa Clara University has asked that we not have any food or drink items (other than water) at the vendor tables, so please refrain from offering any food related items to attendees at your table.

What if I need to cancel my vendor reservation?

Let us know at least 7 days in advance by emailing events@php.com to request a refund. Note: refunds do not include the Eventbrite service fee.

Question 9

Will coffee and breakfast items be available at the venue for vendors?

Unfortunately, Santa Clara University will not have its cafe open  on the day of the event. However, there are a handful of coffe shops and cafes near the venue, so please plan accordingly.
