What is the NYC Video Games Expo?

The first-every NYC Video Game Festival is the City’s celebration of gaming that will bring together students, teachers, families, gamers, developers, and industry professionals for Minecraft, Fortnite & Valorant Esports competition, game demos, casual & classic arcade, robotics showcase, and more.

Where and when is the event taking place?

The festival will be at the Convene Brookfield Place near Battery Park and the Hudson waterfront on Saturday, May 31, 2025 from 9am - 6pm.

Is the event free to attend?

Yes! The event is free and open to the public. However, registration is required to secure your spot.

What can attendees expect at the expo?

Student eSports competitions throughout the entire day, hands-on experiences with cutting-edge gaming technology, classic arcade games, board and table games, new and unreleased games to play, interaction with game developers and game professionals, and cosplay competition with prizes.

How can I participate as an exhibitor or sponsor?

Do children need to register?

Yes! Parents or teachers who register must include the first name and last initial of all children attending with them.

Can I bring my own food or my pet?

No. Our space limitations will not allow for outside food or pets.
