This experience will be held rain or shine and will only be canceled with the occurrence of lightning. In the unlikely event of a weather-related cancelation, you will be contacted with further instructions.

Are dogs permitted?

We love furry friends at MindTravel, but we must adhere to the regulations of the venue. Please consult Fort Lauderdale beach regulations on whether or not animals are permitted on site.

I can no longer attend. How do I get a refund?

It is our policy not to offer refunds. If you are no longer able to attend, please contact [email protected] and we will be happy to honor your ticket at another MindTravel experience.

How do I get the headphones?

MindTravel provides the wireless headphones, and they are cleaned and sanitized before and after each performance. One ticket = one pair of headphones.
