Join us for a transformative culinary experience in our Sattvik Cooking Class, where we’ll guide you through preparing delicious, nourishing, and plant-based comfort food. Whether you’re new to cooking or a seasoned chef, this class is designed to help you create wholesome dishes that nurture both the body and mind.


In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to cook a variety of vegan comfort foods using fresh, whole ingredients. Our focus is on Sattvik cooking, which emphasizes purity, balance, and mindfulness in food preparation. You’ll gain valuable skills and recipes for dishes that are not only satisfying but also support your well-being.


Expect to prepare hearty meals like vegan mac and cheese, lentil stews, veggie burgers, and wholesome sides, all while learning cooking techniques that honor health, sustainability, and flavor. At the end of the class, enjoy a community feast with the meals you’ve created, leaving you feeling nourished and inspired.
