Come and enjoy yoga in the garden with us. This class is open to all levels of practice and beginner friendly. Explore yoga alignment, movement, and balance through a full range of poses. You can expect a challenging and fun yet relaxing class that will leave you feeling more connected to your breath and in tune with yourself.
Meet at the front lawn by the canary palm tree. Please bring your own yoga mat. This class is suitable for adults and teens.

Instructor Bio
Stephanie Le started practicing yoga 15 years ago as a way to help manage her chronic back pain. Her love of yoga quickly grew as her back pain decreased and allowed her to get deeper into her practice. She has completed her 500 hour certificate.
