Julianne Iacuaniello – Founder of Wave Technologies

Julie leads Wave Technologies, a company developing dual-purpose wave energy converters that protect coastlines while generating clean energy for disaster relief and grid support. Inspired by natural ecosystems like reefs and mangroves, her work offers sustainable alternatives to seawalls while enhancing biodiversity. Dr. Elona Gaball – Founder of Inspired Smiles & Inspired Lives

Dr. Elona Gaball is a wellness-focused dentist with over 25 years of experience in advanced rehabilitation and aesthetic care. She is the founder of Inspired Smiles in Solana Beach and Inspired Lives, where she empowers entrepreneurs and leaders toward purpose-driven living. Through her nonprofit, Inspired Change, she provides smile rehabilitation for survivors of trafficking and women overcoming abuse. Dr. Elona is passionate about holistic well-being, faith-based leadership, and creating community-centered impact.
