Hey mamas! Need a little “me” time, but can’t find a sitter? You’re in luck! Join us on Thursday, June 19th 10am-12pm for a super chill yoga class at Fox Point Farms where you can bring your little ones along. Think of it as yoga for YOU with babies just vibing with us. This isn’t your typical mommy-and-me class – it’s a chance for you to move, stretch, and reset while your little cuties hang out.
After yoga, let’s head over to the café for some much-needed coffee and mama chats. Trust me, it’ll be the perfect balance of self-care, baby snuggles, and connecting with other amazing moms. Can’t wait to see you and your babes! 💕

Class starts at 10:00am and there will be time after to class to mingle with community and enjoy the space. If you are in need of any assistance for disability please let us know in advance.
Please bring your own mat, we will have a few on site to borrow.
