Container / Contained - Art Workshop series

Counterbalance Wellbeing is a Ballarat-based art therapy private practice and studio. Container / Contained is a workshop series offered over four Wednesday evenings in October 2025, exploring a range of tactile and haptic art making processes centering on the theme of containment. Supported by a professionally qualified art therapist (and art maker), Counterbalance Wellbeing invites you to engage in creative processes, including felting, basketweaving, beading and weaving with recycled materials.

Group size is limited to eight (minimum of four to proceed).
