· Welcome (6:15- 6:20pm) – A brief introduction to the event’s purpose and program.

· Housing Lighting Talks (6:20-6:45pm) – Hear brief talks from leading housing experts about the state of housing market, tenant rights, and landlord responsibilities.

· Small Group Discussions (6:45-7:20pm) – Join fellow residents and Kingston Housing Task Force members for casual, guided conversations around the challenges renters face, what it’s like to manage properties as a landlord, and the potential future of housing in Kingston.

· Discussion Wrap Up (7:20-7:25pm) – Share out reflections from small group discussions

· Closing (7:25-7:30pm) – A thank you and call to action!
