This is your invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect — not just with your body, but with your whole self.

This guided group session blends intentional breathing, curated music, and crystal sound bowls to regulate your nervous system, melt away tension, and bring you back into balance.It’s part science, part soul — and all about creating calm, clarity, and connection.

Whether you're breathwork-curious or already obsessed, this session is for you. Come as you are — stressed, sceptical, emotional, or zen — and let the breath meet you there.

Led by Master Breathwork Facilitator and Physiotherapist Imogen Sist (@coherence_collective), you’ll be gently guided through a transformational, science-backed, and deeply intuitive experience. No experience needed — just your lovely self and an open mind.

Optional post-class ocean dip & coffee!

After class, we’d love for you to join us — and our friendly Coherence Collective crew — for a stunning and often invigorating (read: freezing) ocean swim and a casual coffee. Because nature + nervous system regulation = a match made in healing heaven. It’s the perfect way to integrate, connect, and have a giggle in your trackies post-breath sesh.

What you’ll gain:

An optional ocean dip + community coffee hang to ground, laugh, and remember you’re not doing this life thing alone

What to bring:

  • Comfy, warm layers (yes, socks too)
  • A yoga mat or beach towel to lie on
  • A blanket and pillow for extra coziness
  • Bathers, towel, and warm clothes if you’re keen to ocean dip like the mermaid (or merman) you are
  • Try to avoid big meals, caffeine, or alcohol for at least 2 hours before class for the best experience

You’ll leave with a felt sense of coherence between mind, body, and energy

What do I need to bring?

Your lovely self and an open mind. Please wear comfortable and warm clothing, bring a yoga mat or towel to lay on, blanket/pillow for comfort. If you are joining us for an ocean dip after, bring what you'll need for that too - can't wait to have you join us! x
