Join us for a transcendental healing journey and enjoy the benefits of this soul nourishing session, melting away any tension, stress or fatigue. 🪷
Allow yourself to be fully harmonised by recalibrating your frequencies.
The session starts with 15 min of relaxing Breathwork to tune the body into a meditative state, using ancients and modern techniques, follow by the sound healing journey where we use native and meditative instruments like Didgeridoo, Cristal Bowls, RavVast, The Heaven & Earth Flute, Shamanic Drum, Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Pyramid, Harmonic Healing Chimes, Koshi Chimes and more. Each of those with a specific vibration and function for your self.

We created Lawen Healing Rituals to share the transformative journey of self-discovery and healing that we’ve experienced ourselves. Along the way, we discovered powerful tools to build a more peaceful, balanced life. Through yoga, breathwork, and sound healing, we’ve learned how to reconnect with ourselves and the world around us.

We understand the emotional pain and imbalances that can leave us feeling disconnected or isolated. In today’s fast-paced world, finding true moments of connection can be challenging. That’s why we became yoga teachers, breathing instructors, and sound healers, each of us bringing a unique approach to help others find peace.

Our work is about taking time to observe ourselves with compassion and love, free from judgment and expectations. It’s about connecting with the present moment and uncovering the peace that’s always been within. Through our Breathwork & Sound Healing Journey, we help you clear limitations, tap into self-love, and find the confidence to live fully.
