Feminine Embodied Breathwork is steady and supportive. It doesn’t push or force—it creates room. Room to soften. To notice. To let go.
Once the breath has opened the body, we’ll move into a calming ceremonial cacao practice. This is a quiet, heart-opening ritual using pure, ethically sourced cacao to help you settle even more deeply into presence.
The combination of breath and cacao invites stillness, reflection, and a deeper connection to your inner world—without needing to “do” anything.
Each experience is guided with care and intention, gently woven with music, grounding practices, and time to integrate.
