Logistics and Additional Details
Food and Lodging
- To keep pricing low, we aren't serving meals at this retreat. We'll have some light snacks and beverages available (all organic and gluten-free). You're also welcome to bring your own snacks and refillable water bottles.
- There are dozens of Airbnbs in the area, so you're welcome to book your own accommodations anywhere you'd like.
- The address for the retreat will be shared via email after you register.
Local and Out-of-Town Guests Welcome
- 🚙 Local Guests: Drive up the pass each day of the retreat or stay the weekend in Cascade. It's a great way to save money and still sleep in your own bed each night. We're located:
- 20 minutes (12 miles) from downtown Colorado Springs
- 11 minutes (7 miles) from Woodland Park
- 11 minutes (7 miles) from Manitou Springs
- 8 minutes (4 miles) from Green Mountain Falls
- ✈️ Out-of-Town Guests: Let us know if Colorado Springs isn’t your hometown and we’ll hook you up with ideas and answers.
What to Wear
- Prioritize comfort! Yoga pants and baggy shirts with holes are welcome.
- We plan on dressing in layers or bringing a sweatshirt.
- Shoes will be removed at the door, big socks or bare feet are ok!
What to Bring
- We'll provide everything you need, but many people prefer to bring their own journal and yoga mat.
- Results from your Character Strengths quiz (you'll get the link after you register).
- Think about your "why" for joining us and 1-2 limiting beliefs that you're struggling to overcome.
